It also looks as if you may not be using the SAP Business One Crystal Reports version, as I don't see the add in menu.
Perhaps try uninstalling your version, then downloading the latest version from the SAP Business One downloads centre. You may need to run the CR addin bit from the SAP 9.2 installer package to add the add in.
None of this will solve your issue though. The Refresh button is the one you use to run the report & present the data on screen
