Load planning issue :SAP TM 9.3

Hi All,

We are trying to implement load planning on TM 9.3 Version.

We have maintained all the basic settings for load Planning.

1. 1) I created 3D layouts for load plan and added the colors, context menu.
2. 2) We created Load planning settings in NWBC and assigned to Planning profile
3. 3) We maintained weight /volume related information in Resources( Trucks)

Issue # 1

• Ø We are able to see the dimensions in resource configuration, but not able to display it in 3D Mode.

      We have installed SAP Visual business 2.1 Also.
