Re: weekly off/paid days on payslip for workmen are not coming properly

Hi Ravi,

As I mentioned earlier, you had done calculation for worker group. But you may need to complete the PCR for other group of employees, so that your logic will be complete (since you mentioned that this calculation is only for a particular group of employees). I also suggested to use some custom wage types instead of "/" series wage types.

But when I am looking your v_503_b table, you had assigned ESG for PCR as '3' for all of your groups. So, you may need to segregate the logic with OUTWPPERSG & OUTWPPERSB (example):

ZOPY

*

3

  ****

   OUTWPPERSG EE group in v.key

      W

        OUTWPPERSB EE subgroup in v.key

           **

             ADDWT *

           03

             ADDWT *

             NUM=GKSOLL

             NUM-GASOLL

             ADDWT&123

             ADDWTE9001

Please write the logic same way for other 2 PCR's also.

ZOPE

*

3

  ****

    OUTWPPERSG

      W

        OUTWPPERSB

          **

            ADDWT *

          03

            ADDWT *

            NUM=GASOLL

            NUM-GAAU**

            ADDWTE9002

ZOPT

  *

  3

    ****

      OUTWPPERSG

        W

          OUTWPPERSB

            **

               ADDWT *

           03

              ADDWT *

              NUM=GAAU**

              ADDWTE9003

I used Wt's 9001, 9002 & 9003 instead of your wage types (/03A, /07A & /06A).

(It is up to your decision to create above wage types or use the same "/" wage types and assign these WT's in the payslip).

I also attached a sample PCR (for querying EG & ESG).

regards,

Bala.
